Some of our services may be offered to you as a scheduled appointment, a seasonal booking, or a rental agreement.

This cancellation policy explains how you can modify or cancel these kinds of service bookings.

Service Bookings

When you book a service with ABRIS MTL (such as installation, removal, or storage), your appointment is reserved in our schedule.

Each booking requires confirmation and, in some cases, a deposit or prepayment to secure your time slot.

If you wish to change or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may be subject to a service fee or partial charge due to route and scheduling commitments.
  • No-shows (where the customer is unavailable at the time of service) may result in a full service charge.

Weather-related rescheduling may occur when conditions prevent safe installation or removal. In such cases, ABRIS MTL will contact you to rebook at no additional cost.

Seasonal Packages or Subscriptions

If you purchase a seasonal plan or recurring service (for example, yearly installation and removal), you’ll receive scheduled visits according to your chosen frequency.

Your payment details are stored securely and you’ll be charged before each scheduled service unless prepaid in full.

You may cancel or modify future services at any time by contacting our support team before your next appointment date.

Rental Services

When you rent a shelter through ABRIS MTL, your rental agreement reserves specific equipment for your use during the rental period.

If you need to cancel your rental before installation, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund.

Once the shelter has been installed, the rental cannot be canceled but may be eligible for a pro-rated refund under specific conditions.

Pre-Bookings and Deposits

Certain peak-season services may require a pre-booking deposit to hold your spot.

You can cancel a pre-booked service any time before scheduling confirmation for a full refund.

After confirmation, standard service booking cancellation terms apply.
