To be eligible for re-scheduling or cancellation:
- Your booking must be within the allowed time frame for changes.

- The request should be made prior to the scheduled service date.

Exceptions
Please note that certain circumstances may affect re-scheduling or cancellation eligibility:
- Requests made outside of the allowed time frame may not be accommodated.
- Changes to bookings for specialized services or personalized arrangements may have specific policies.
- In cases of force majeure or unforeseen events, we may assess requests on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
Refunds for cancellations are subject to our refund policy:
- If your cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
